This position is part of a dynamic nine person on-site Civilian Personnel Advisory Service (CPAC) servicing the dedicated employees of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District.
Location: The position is located in the Rock Island District Headquarters which is in the Clock Tower Building on Arsenal Island in Rock Island, Illinois. Rock Island is part of a metropolitan area known as the Quad-Cities. The Quad-Cities rests on the banks of the Mississippi River and has a total population of 400,000.
The Quad-Cities is comprised of the cities of Rock Island and Moline/East Moline in Illinois, and Davenport and Bettendorf in Iowa.
