This position is being advertised at the ZP-0089-III, which encompasses the GS-11/12 grade levels. Applicants must possess one year of specialized experience at the GS-09 or equivalent band level. Specialized experience is defined as: 1. Evaluate local, state, regional, tribal and federal public safety communications issues and recommend program activities for implementation of Title VI of the Middle Class Tax Relief and Job Creation Act of 2012, Pub L. No. 112-96 by applying statewide operations, governance, public safety, telecommunications, and broadband knowledge. 2. Capture, analyze and communicate public safety operational pain points and product/solution needs. 3. Assist public safety entities to apply broadband communications products/solutions to achieve best-in-class performance. This experience and identifying types of products and services you have experience with must be clearly defined in your resume.
