These programs may include, but are not limited to, Clinical Video Tele-Health (CVT), Learning Management System, My HealtheVet (MHV), Care Coordination Home Tele-Health (CCHT), and Store and Forward (CCSF). The program will routinely and proactively manage diseases to prevent healthcare crises.
The Tele-Health LVN serves in a generalist role to support Mental Health's tele-health clinical programs from the patient location and across the system. The incumbent provides a wide-range of clinical and technical services that demonstrate complex technical judgment under the administrative supervision of the Deputy Program Manager of General Mental Health, Technical Supervision from the Lead TCT, and Clinical Supervision from the Mental Health Nurse Lead. Duties include: Tele-presenter, facilitating real time Clinical Video Tele-Health (CVT) encounters, supporting Veterans and providers in the use of Veterans Video Connect, technical and scheduling support, administrative and planning support, other program support duties, and other duties as assigned by the Mental Health Tele-Health Lead. When and where appropriate, LVN will be expected to support on site face to face clinical operations as well.

Physical Requirements:
Use and function of all normal motor and sensory anatomy for provision of patient care, reading, writing, listening, observing/seeing, heavy lifting, bending, pulling, pushing, stooping, squatting, walking, standing, use of fine motor muscles; visual and auditory acuity; emotional intelligence to respond to stressful and/or emergent situations and crises appropriately and calmly; self-care skills to maintain physical, psychological, and emotional health. Examples include: heavy lifting of 45 pounds and over, heavy carrying of 45 pounds and over, straight pulling, pushing, reaching above shoulder, use of fingers, both hands required, walking, standing, kneeling, repeated bending, ability for rapid mental and muscular coordination simultaneously, near vision correctable at 13" to 16" to Jaeger 1-4, far vision correctable in one eye to 20/20 and to 20/40 in the other.
