The Ambulatory and Emergency Care Clinical Center Nurse Manager is a self directed professional who assumes the leadership role in directing the PACT nursing staff in the day to day management of the patients and the management of the AECCC Specially Services operating within the clinic. The Nurse Manager works in collaboration with the Chief Nurse of AECCC and the Lead Physician at the site. She/he functions as the supervisor of the staff and 24/7 accountability for meeting operational needs. The Nurse Manager is responsible for creating a positive work environment. the Nurse Manager is responsible for scheduling and staffing for the nursing staff. The Nurse Manager maintains fiscal responsibility for the site, projects budgetary needs. Is responsible for the timely submission of timecards and staff evaluation.
