About the Position:
You will be the Chief of the Predictive Analytics and Modeling Unit (PAMU) for the U.S. Army Research Institute (ARI). PAMU explores and expands the intersection between personnel psychology, data science, and Big Data analytics. Researchers in PAMU apply new statistical approaches to Soldier testing and assessment, career and performance modeling, job analysis, and other personnel topics.
