About the Position:
This position is being filled under the Expedited Hiring Authority (EHA) for Defense Acquisition Workforce Positions in accordance with 10 USC § 1705(g).
DUTIES:
Plan, program, coordinate, and execute independent Ballistic Missile Defense System operational tests and assessments. Perform a broad range of test and evaluation analyzes for difficult to define, controversial, new, or novel systems/functions of major agency, national or international impact. Identify and/or create analytical methodologies or techniques for the effective Test and Evaluation of the Ballistic Missile Defense System in accordance with regulation. Establish evaluation strategies for Ballistic Missile Defense System Test and Evaluation Policies, Plans, Processes, Procedures and Products. Perform a broad range of analyses on the Ballistic Missile Defense System and other assigned weapon systems. Represent the organization at senior level meetings as subject matter expert of Ballistic Missile Defense System test and evaluation. Coordinate all formal products and briefings with internal and external organizations as required. Lead the development of system evaluation plan and the evaluation decision review in the planning phase of the project.
