This Supervisory General Engineer serves as Assistant Chief, Planning, Design & Construction (PD&C) Section and and reports to the Chief Engineering Services. S/he is responsible for advising and assisting the Chief in Capital Asset Management for the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System. Work includes activations, space planning, budget planning, oversight of capital investment programs Capital Asset Inventory (CAI), and assists with Strategic Capital Investment Planning (SCIP), strategic planning, and leasing.
