1. Supervisor: Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management. Selects or recommends selection of candidates for vacancies, promotions, details, and reassignments in consideration of skills and qualifications, mission requirements, and EEO and diversity objectives. Develops, modifies, and/or interprets performance standards. 25%
2. Wing Advisor: Provides technical advice and assistance to wing leadership on business processes and performance and efficiency of logistics readiness functions of the squadron/ wing. Provides technical oversight for squadron plans, goals and standards for readiness and performance capabilities of the squadron. . 20%
3. LRS Training, Resources and Systems: Manages and performs work for providing training, resources, and systems to ensure the efficient and effective operation of installation deployment processes. Develops new approaches related to logistics workforce readiness to better support logistics services, systems and products. Ensures proper identification of AEF taskings, unit assessments of readiness capabilities (e.g. SORTS), limiting factors, common expeditionary skills training, storage and inspection of unit readiness programs. 20%
4. Senior Squadron Technical Advisor: As the squadron senior technical advisor on logistics readiness and AEF issues, performs/leads studies, and provides technical advice and assistance on development and implementation of readiness mission capabilities. . 15%
5. Wing Logistics Readiness Representative: Represents the wing regarding logistics readiness issues at meetings within the organization and at conferences with JFHQ-State, USPFO, NG, MAJCOM, HQ USAF, DoD, and other agencies. Meetings and conferences in many cases are to negotiate mutually satisfactory agreements, to identify and resolve logistics readiness matters, and ensure concerted action by involved parties. 10%
6. LRS Management: Plans, organizes, and maintains oversight of the activities of the Logistics Readiness Squadron, ensuring the planning efforts and work products and services of all the squadron functions comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs. . 10%
7. Performs other duties as assigned.

GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Minimum Requirements: Experience, education or training involving judgment and/or analytical ability in the logistics field. Experience using computer and automation systems.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have at least 36 months experience, education, or training identifying activities involving logistical support operations. Experience integrating the actions of a variety of specialized support activities in order to develop a comprehensive logistics plan. Experience monitoring such functions as program planning, resource and fiscal management, training, manpower management, and/or automated data processing to meet the logistics plan. Experience identifying delays or problems and developing corrective actions. Experience working with people from various levels and backgrounds to elicit their cooperation to perform specific tasks, and complying with regulations, laws, or practices.
For Supervisory Positions, add the following Specialized Experience: Experience in managing the function of the work to be performed. Experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel.
