The incumbent accomplishes all assigned duties independently and functions as the authoritative source regarding these topics for Facilities Management Service. He/she is called upon to make critical judgments/decisions based on sound risk management, in taking actions to ensure patient, staff and visitor safety. As technical advisor, the incumbent fully participates in significant Engineering planning, policy and decision making action of the service, and is often detailed to perform studies, evaluations, and program reviews as advisor to top management.
