A successful candidate in this position will be responsible for directing, conducting, and/or leading the development of Independent Cost Estimates for NNSA capital projects and develop and maintain an accurate data base of NNSA project cost information that will support requested analysis of capital project cost performance. Serve as a technical resource for cost estimating, life cycle cost analysis, cost modeling and the development of cost databases, risk management, and value engineering.

As an Operations Research Analyst, you will:

Obtain/maintain Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International (AACE International) certification.
