Rating: Your application will be evaluated in the following areas: 1) Comprehensive knowledge of human resources management services in classification, staffing, and recruitment; 2) Skill in communicating complex ideas and options to a wide range of audiences in order to persuade the target audience to accept a certain course of action; 3) Ability to apply a wide range of concepts, practices, laws, regulations, policies, and precedents sufficient to provide comprehensive HR management advisory and technical services on substantive organizational functions and work practices; and 4) Ability to research and analyze classification and/or position management and staffing and recruitment issues and problems and to formulate recommendations and/or draw conclusions.
