The National Gallery of Art serves the United States in a national role by preserving, collecting, exhibiting, and fostering the understanding of works of art at the highest possible museum and scholarly standards. This position is in the Special Events office, reporting to Chief of Protocol and Special Events. The purpose of the position is to assist with the preparation of guest lists, invitation mailings and event seating for events sponsored by the Gallery, such as dinners, luncheons and receptions.
