As a Budget Analyst you will:
For the GS-11 grade level you must have:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related

If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet qualification requirements, you must show that your education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
There is no substitution of education for experience at the grade level GS-12 of this announcement.

Physical Demands: The work is primarily sedentary and requires long periods of sitting, concentration, and working under pressure of deadlines. There are periods when overtime and weekend work is required, sometimes for extended periods, to meet deadlines. The successful completion of this work is crucial to the operation of the National Park Service and can be quite stressful.
Working Conditions: The work is performed in an office setting, although there may be occasional visits to field offices and project sites for training or to obtain information. Meetings on system development and application are occasionally held at other offices or parks.
The National Park Service has determined that the duties of this position are suitable for telework and the selectee may be allowed to telework with supervisor approval.
