Assists higher graded staff in processing a variety of routine human resource tasks requiring knowledge of Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) civilian personnel rules and regulations.
Assists in the preparation and processing of documents related to NAF employment.
Assists higher graded staff in writing and posting vacancy announcements, receiving and rating applications for employment, preparing lists of qualified candidates and referring these to management for interview and selection.
Initiates pre-employment screening processes and clears candidates for employment.
Facilitates onboarding orientations, establishes and maintains filed, folders and correspondence.
Performs other duties as assigned.
