As a Procurement Information Systems Administrator in the Policy, Training, Compliance, and Systems Division, you will:
Plan, organize, budget and manage the maintenance, upgrades and steady state operation of automated procurement systems and integrated financial systems.
Provide technical authority and training on all aspects of automated procurement systems and integrated financial systems.
Analyze operations, systems and procedures in order to apply various organizational, operational, and technological concepts to work assignments and to provide guidance in determining the most appropriate methods for delivering procurement information.
You may start at $114,590.00 if you possess the following by the closing date of the announcement.
Specialized experience is defined as one year of experience at the GS-13 grade level (in the Federal service) or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level (in the private sector) applying system management concepts and techniques, information systems design and interrelationship principles, and multi-platform application server compatibilities within an enterprise architecture.
Examples of specialized experience may include: leading project teams in advanced systems software or hardware project efforts; functioning as a technical authority in all assignments; developing overall systems and functional requirements and specifications; defining systems scope and objectives; developing cost estimates for new or modified systems; developing contract documentation; and ensuring application of information security/information assurance policies, principles, and practices to the systems analysis process.
