Specialized experience: One year of specialized experience which includes interpreting civilian human resources laws to provide advice on staffing and/or classification functions; recommending solutions to coworkers and/or customers to resolve civilian human resources problems/ issues; and analyzing data from civilian human resources automated systems to create quality human resources products. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
