This position is located within the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), ADUSH for Workforce Services (10A2), National Center for Organization Development (NCOD), Consulting Services. You will be responsible for supporting a subset of ECM operations, which include (1) change management support to field teams implementing VHA priority initiatives, (2) change management competency development, and (3) operational management of enterprise change management functions and resources. Duties will include:
Education: There is no education substitution for the GS-13 grade level.
The Interagency Career Transition Assistance Plan (ICTAP) and Career Transition Assistance Plan (CTAP) provide eligible displaced Federal competitive service employees with selection priority over other candidates for competitive service vacancies.
