NLM: This position is located within Applications Branch, Office of Computer and Communications Systems (OCCS), National Library of Medicine, National Institutes of Health. OCCS provides efficient, cost-effective computing and networking services, technical advice, and collaboration in informational sciences in support of the research and management programs offered at NLM.
NIDA: This position is located within the Information and Resource Management Branch (IRMB), Office of Management (OM), National Institute on Drug Abuse, National Institutes of Health. The incumbent will work directly with NIDA staff managing projects, while directly supporting the development of enterprise level software systems.
NIEHS: This position is located within the Computer Technology Branch (CTB), Office of Management (OM), National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences, National Institutes of Health. The Computer Technology Branch provides (1) information technology for diverse types of computing and data processing in support of NIEHS scientific and administrative projects and programs; (2) computer engineering support for infrastructure services, systems administration, and program applications; (3) systems analysis-and general consultation on computing requirements; (4) database and applications programming support; (5) desktop and other computer support. The CTB is responsible for developing and administering information technology (IT) security policy and procedures to assure the safety of IT data and systems.
