The Office of Information Technology Operations (OITO) is responsible for programs and activities relative to the policy, management and implementation of information technology and infrastructure
As the Deputy Director of OITO you will:

You will be required to obtain and maintain a top secret security clearance.

TQ1. Demonstrated experience in managing and directing a complex organization with subordinate layers of managers, consisting of geographically disparate business and technical staff in various disciplines to support organization-wide information technology operations, management, and initiatives; examples include acquisition, financial management, cybersecurity, and oversight of large scale technology services.
TQ2. Demonstrated experience applying project/program management best practices to information technology projects and leveraging innovations in the areas of information technology and the application of new technologies and approaches to address business mission area needs; examples include cloud computing, mobility, network/telecommunications, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), and infrastructure as a service.
