At the full performance level, the lead claims assistant provides technical support and training for Earnings Specialists and trainees engaged in the analysis, investigation, reconciliation and adjustment of earnings data reported by employers. The incumbent also serves as the focal point with the Census Department to modify/change the dictionary used in the processing of the Employer Identification Number workload.
