You will be leveraging telehealth to improve access and continuity of primary care service to Veterans throughout Arkansas, Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas. The position utilizes a clinical video telehealth (CVT) to delivery primary care services to patients in other clinics throughout VISN 16. This includes management of a panel of patients providing preventive health care; primary care evaluation and management of medical conditions; and gender-specific primary care. Leveraging state of the art technology you will perform daily clinical exams with the assistance of a nurse who manipulates technology to enable you to perform a full exam. This telehealth work is augmented by quarterly visits to the patient site for more invasive exams and procedures.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. May occasionally deviate from the usual 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. shift schedule.

In the position, you will provide comprehensive primary care for men and women Veterans of all ages (20 to elderly) via telehealth.
This position is located at the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System, Little Rock, Arkansas, and will require relocation to Little Rock.
Total salary will include Base Component and Market Pay. Final salary to be determined by local Physician Pay Panel. Physicians are eligible for annual Performance pay and incentive awards.
