This position is in the Circuit Executive's Office for the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals (COA). The incumbent will work as an integral member of the Space, Facilities and Security (SFS) Unit and will report directly to the Assistant Circuit Executive (ACE) for SFS. The incumbent is primarily responsible for assisting the ACE for SFS, the other members of the SFS Unit, the COA units, the U.S. District Courts, the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts, Probation and Pretrial Services Offices, and Federal Public Defenders Offices with construction project management as well as program management of the circuit's Circuit Rent Budget (CRB) program and space reduction program.

A high diploma. A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred.
