This position is located at the newly established Texas Roadhouse restaurant located on Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington.

In addition to the base salary, applicant could receive a monthly incentive based on financial results that meet or exceed budgeted percentages for Labor and Cost of Goods sold. 60% will be based on Labor goals and 40% based on Cost of Goods goals. Also, an annual incentive, evaluated at the end of the Fiscal Year, can be realized dependent upon achieving a 3% over budgeted Gross Sales. Incentive will be the difference between the budgeted and actual Sales.
If selected, you will be required to complete five (5) months of Texas Roadhouse (TXRH) Manager in Training (MIT) training to be at a location specified by Texas Roadhouse. Training and travel expenses will be paid or compensated under temporary duty status for employee only.

Assists in the management of a large, high volume, Name Brand Casual Dining (NBCD) franchise restaurant. Assists in the oversight of all restaurant systems and is responsible for purchasing, receiving, preparation, and presentation of all products in a timely manner and according to established recipes and procedures. Ensures consistency in food and service to increase sales. Maintains budgeted food and service labor costs and proper inventories.
Formulates instructions and gives direction necessary to operate a fluid, and efficient food production operation. Ensures proper handling, maintenance and storage of all items. As a second level supervisor, reviews the actions of subordinate supervisors and employees.
Conducts management review of patron food production programs to identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective measures. Evaluates the success of programs in terms of profitability, customer satisfaction and mission accomplishment
Monitors the procurement of all supplies and equipment for the activity.
The ability to obtain (within first six months of employment) and maintain a Food Protection Manager Certification acquired through an American National Standards Institute(ANSI) accredited agency is required (i.e., ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Program).
Will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Statement to safeguard all Franchisor proprietary information. Will be required to complete Franchise training as required in Operating Manuals.
Education is not required for this position and will not be utilized in determining minimum qualifications.
