This position is located at: Fort Meade, Maryland with Child Youth School Services - Child Development Center.
This position provides guidance on complementary learning environments through suggested arrangement of indoor and outdoor spaces and selection of materials and equipment to best support children's growth and development. Initiates, develops, conducts, and oversees training in child development and related activities for care giving staff, management, and/or FCC providers. Oversees evaluation, interprets results in terms of program strengths-and weaknesses, and works with management personnel to prepare and implement corrective action plans to improve operations and enhance developmental program quality.
Work Schedule is based 0600-1800 operational hours and based on program needs. Shifts may be irregular including split shifts, nights, and occasional weekends.
