In this position, you will serve as the Supervisory Management and Program Analyst providing advice and guidance to management on broad projects and programs with national impact. Typical work assignments include:
- Perform the administrative and human resource management functions relative to the staff supervised.
- Provide expert guidance in the resolution of complex problems or issues impacting DHS programs, such as those associated with marketing IT products and services to segmented agency programs.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to senior management on broad projects and programs with national impact.
- Assess program effectiveness or the improvement of complex program and management processes and systems.
