Status Candidates
Duties of this position include, but may not be limited to:
· Managing folders and tracking mechanisms for on all Tele Primary Care Hub personnel and programs
· Managing the Tele-Primary Care Hub Services Personnel database
· Serving as the primary timekeeper for 16 FTEE aligned under the Tele-Primary Care Hub
· Ensuring travel arrangements prepared, to include most cost-effective mode of transportation, making reservations, planning itineraries, coordinating with point of contact at TDY site, and preparing travel voucher upon completion of travel
· Completing general office administrative duties such as maintaining calendars and scheduling, coordinating meetings, taking messages, conference dictation, transcribing meeting minutes, tracking and routing correspondence, and preparing, reviewing, and editing documents.
· Using automated office equipment and computer software, including but not limited to copy machines, fax machines, computers, telehealth equipment, Excel, Adobe Pro, TSS, DSS, MS Word, and Power Point
· Collecting and reporting data/statistical results of program/project studies which keep the program in compliance with The Joint Commission (TJC) Accreditation Standards for Telehealth
· Developing and establishing protocols for incoming data, organizes complex computerized data sets (using programs such as Excel), and retrieving computerized data programs
· Maintaining Tele-Primary Care Information Systems and providing training and technical support to employees to develop a working knowledge of such systems
· Providing back up coverage to Tele-Primary Care Program Analysts for training of the Tele-Primary Care Hub program personnel as they install, troubleshoot, and retrieve all forms of Telehealth equipment
· Attending and maintaining appropriate training to become the contracting officer of record for micro-purchases made with the government purchase card is required as the incumbent is responsible for micro-purchases for Tele-Primary Care Service
· Monitoring the use of services, vehicles, supplies and equipment for the programs
· Providing comprehensive office supply and equipment services, such as Authorized Purchaser and Control Point Clerk for the programs, obtaining office supplies and services, procuring or justifying the full range of office services, and answering questions concerning policies and procedures related to support/office services.
· Reconciling government-issued credit card purchases
