If selected for this position you will perform the following duties:
•Assist higher-level attorney staff members with research on legal issues for assigned projects, including research on relevant case law, legal and economic databases, reports, and other materials.
•Review, proof, and format Commission opinions, memoranda prepared for the Commission, and other written work products in accordance with rules and established Commission procedures.
•Coordinate with other OGC offices to review confidentiality of materials in a timely manner.
•Handle all aspects of the day-to-day management of the Unit and other OGC units as assigned, including, but not limited to, the preparation and monitoring of time and attendance records, organizing and maintaining files, ordering supplies, and assisting with travel arrangements.
