Serves as an Assistant Business Manager in the Beverage Department at the Hale Koa Hotel under the direction of the Beverage Manager.

Assists in managing a high volume beverage program as part of a large full service food and beverage operation. Candidates must be customer service-oriented, experienced, and organized. In this position, you will play a key role in handling the day-to-day operations of the bar and staff. You will supervise, train, and schedule employees. You will ensure all health and safety procedures are met, and contribute to the overall success of the business. Assists in identifying problems and initiating appropriate corrective measures to insure efficiency within the business activity. Evaluates the success of programs in terms of profitability, customer satisfaction and mission accomplishment. Reviews financial reports, estimates projected costs, develops activity financial plan. Monitors the procurement of all supplies and equipment for the activity. Recommend and enforces operating procedures. Represents the activity to the public.
Conditions of Employment
Satisfactory completion of pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, 2-15j. Incumbent may also be required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities.
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to work various hours of the day and week when required.
