About the Position:
This job provides the opportunity to support the mission of the Corpus Christi Army Depot; which is to overhaul, repair, modify, retrofit, test, and modernize helicopters, engines, and components for all services and foreign military customers. The Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD) is the Army's Center of Industrial and Technical Excellence for Rotary Wing Aviation Maintenance. We also provide worldwide on-site maintenance services, aircraft crash analysis, lubricating oil analysis, and chemical, metallurgical, and training support. Positions include those providing support to the maintenance of helicopters in a variety of shops or in an office setting.

Provide engineering services in connection with the planning, development, establishment, and monitoring of various shop processes. Industrial process and materials for which work requirements are established include, but are not necessarily limited to, welding, metal spraying, heat treating/brazing, shot peening, processing of anti-friction bearings, painting/coatings, adhesives, sealants, composites, plating physical testing, and managing the non-destructive testing and corrosion prevention and control programs. Provides analytical support to worldwide mishap investigations, Cat 1 PQDR Investigations, complete Material and Failure Analysis reporting, and analytical investigation assistance to Army, cross service, and CCAD entities.
