This position serves as a Supervisory HR Specialist providing the full range of administrative and supervisory responsibilities to the Benefits and Retirement staff serving the Lower Colorado Region. The incumbent is responsible for providing strategic advisory services and operational work in the areas of employee benefits, Worker's Compensation, and related programs. This position oversees and applies continuing personnel management services for the needs of the Region, and ensures the delivery of quality services. The incumbent provides authorative advice to various customers regarding very difficult and complex issues.
