Overtime and Shift Work: The Law Enforcement Support Center (LESC) is operational twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.This job requires regular and recurring overtime and rotating shiftwork. You must be available for such assignment.

Dual Compensation Waiver: Applicants who are eligible for reemployment as a Federal annuitant are eligible to apply. Reemployed annuitants may be approved for a dual-compensation (salary offset) waiver. The dual-compensation waiver allows retirees to return to work, earning their annuity with no reduction to their salary, however, no additional retirement deductions can be made and the annuitant is unable to contribute to the Thrift Savings Plan. If a waiver is granted, annuitants are hired under a temporary, time-limited appointment for a specified period, not-to-exceed one year. The appointment may be extended up to a maximum of one additional year.
