This position is located in the Southern Region's Regional Office, Acquisition Management Office in Atlanta, Georgia.
As a Real Property Leasing Officer (RPLO) for a Regional Office, the incumbent will perform a combination of the following: long and short range planning, agency specific requirements development, market analysis, leasehold acquisition, lease administration and building/facility management, space planning and utilization, project management, cost estimating, and construction management work involving complex commercial real estate projects located throughout the Region.

TIME IN GRADE REQUIREMENT: If you are a current federal employee in the General Schedule (GS) pay plan and applying for a promotion opportunity, you must meet time-in-grade (TIG) requirements of 52 weeks of service at the next lower grade level in the normal line of progression for the position being filled. This requirement must be met by the closing date of this announcement.
