The United States Trustee Program (USTP or Program) is looking for a highly-motivated and experienced administrative professional to join our team.
The USTP is a litigating component of the Department of Justice with responsibility for overseeing nearly all bankruptcy cases filed in the United States. The Program's mission is to promote the integrity and efficiency of the bankruptcy system for the benefit of all stakeholders - debtors, creditors, and the public. The USTP has a headquarters office in Washington, DC, and in 92 field office locations across the country with a total staff of approximately 1,000 employees.
The Administrative Officer serves as the liaison between the EOUST and one or more regions for implementing, coordinating, and resolving administrative matters, and serves as the primary point of contact for all employees regarding administrative matters. Responsibilities include management analysis, security, human resources, procurement and contracts, budget, real property and facilities management, and records management.
