The Nutrition Department is committed to providing the best possible patient care and research support for patients of the NIH, Clinical Center (CC). We prepare and deliver high-quality food to inpatients and day hospital patients. Clinical Center patients are offered meals and nourishment to meet specific nutritional and research needs. If selected, you will prepare foods to fulfill requirements for special research and regular diets in the Metabolic Kitchen and Food Service Section.
