To qualify for a Public Utilities Specialist, your resume must support:
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: To qualify at the GS-13 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level. Specialized Experience is experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector.
