This position is located at the Albuquerque Indian Health Center (AIHC) in Albuquerque, NM and reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The incumbent serves as the Clinical Director and a Medical Officer (Internal Medicine) for an ambulatory health care facility. The Clinical Director functions as a full member of the Service Unit's top management group and as a member of the Service Unit Governing Board. Exercises full, second line managerial responsibility for planning, development, organization, integration, administration, and evaluation of the clinical services as well as responsible for the administration of Clinical Services and quality safe medical care rendered.
This job does not have an education qualification requirement.

A one-year supervisory/managerial probationary period may be required upon selection/placement.
