This announcement is for a Regular Part Time, NA-07 Maintenance Worker (Motor Vehicle Operator) with Fort Leavenworth's Child and Youth Services (CYS). CYS prides itself in providing quality childcare, outstanding school age care, exciting child & youth enrichment programming, fun and challenging sports opportunities and exceptional instructional programming for all CYS families. Applicants for this announcement may be scheduled to work within any of Fort Leavenworth's CYS facilities. Facilities include two Child Development Centers (6 weeks to 5 years), a School Age Centers (1st - 5th grades), a Youth/Teen Center (6th grade through 18 years), Parent Central and Outreach Services, and the SKIES Program.

5. Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, exposure to both hot and cold conditions is likely.
6. This position has specific initial background investigation and periodic re-verification requirements since its duties require contact with children.
7. Must be available to work early mornings, evenings, or occasional Saturdays.
