About the Position:
This position is located at the Womack Army Medical Facility, Department of Medicine, Pulmonary Services Sleep Lab. The incumbent will conduct a variety of polysomnography tests: Nocturnal Polysomnography (NPSGs), Split Night Studies, Maintenance of Wakefulness Test (MWT), Multiple Sleep Latency Test (MSLT), Positive Airway Pressure Titration (PAP), Actigraphy, Upper Airway Pressure Monitoring, Arterial Blood Gas Extraction, Oxygen Titration and Portable Studies.
About Womack Army Medical Center: WAMC is located on Fort Bragg and occupies over 1.7 million square feet scattered over 163 acres of land. WAMC services 162,000 eligible beneficiaries from the military community. There is an onsite gymnasium, star quality dining facility, shoppette, barbershop, florist, etc., located in the hospital complex. Free parking is available adjacent to the work site. Local public transportation is available. Day care services are available on Fort Bragg. Access to on-post recreational facilities (gyms, ice-skating rink, theaters, bowling centers, Officer/NCO Club dining facilities, AFFES eateries, etc).
