This LPN position will be located in the Community Living Center (CLC). The Licensed Practical Nurse works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and is responsible for the nursing care provided to the patients assigned to him/her. The Licensed Practical Nurse will prepare and dispense medications, give complete personal and hygienic care and provide assistance with activities of daily living to include moving, lifting, and positioning. The Licensed Practical Nurse will also provide assistance with food and fluid intake, recording of I&O's; vital signs, medications, treatments, and patient care. Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.

GS-3: None beyond the basic requirements.
