As a Human Resources Specialist (Human Resources Information Systems) in the Office of Human Resources Division you will perform the duties in the design, implementation, maintenance and/or operation of an automated HR information system(s) for the Federal Election Commission (FEC).
Typical assigned duties are:
Time in Grade: Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. All qualifications and time-in-grade requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement.
If qualifying using education alone at the GS-9 level applicants must have: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D.,
If qualifying using education alone at the GS-11 level applicants must have: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related
