Serves as a Fitness Facility Manager directing and supervising diverse functions required to operate a fitness facility up to 64,798 SQ FT. Works under the direction of the Chief, Fitness, Athletics, and Aquatics.
Conditions of Employment:

3. Possesses and maintains the following certifications: CPR, First Aid, & AED, and Nationally Recognized Basic Fitness Trainer Certification.
4. Must complete the following course(s)/class: MWR Orientation Course, Customer Service, and Equipment (Safe Operation and Basic Maintenance Repair).
5. Highly Desirable: MWR Sports and Fitness Administration Course and Lifeguard Management.
6. Highly Desirable: Candidates who possess a combination of education (an undergraduate in related fields such as physical education or kinesiology) and the ability, knowledge and skills to perform the duties identified above.
