Incumbent serves as the primary Environmental Law Attorney for Fort Irwin. Responsible for administering the National Training Center and Fort Irwin's Ethics Program. Supervises attorneys and a paralegal involved in performing general administrative law, labor law, and contract and fiscal law duties.
