-Performs developmental civil engineering assignments of moderate difficulty where work procedures are established and guidelines exist to include but not limited to supporting one or more civil engineering programs.
-Knowledge of Civil Engineering principles, concepts, methods, and practices in order to independently perform moderately difficult assignments.
-Performs recurring civil engineering assignments of limited, but gradually increasing, difficulty and complexity
-Knowledge of civil engineering codes and standards sufficient to protect health and safety of employees, identify non-compliance and address issues.
-Conducts special assignments in keeping with the formal training plan
-Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing using tack and diplomacy
