The U.S. Department of State is pleased to announce that you have been selected to receive a competitive graduate Charles B. Rangel International Affairs Fellowship (Rangel Fellowship Program). To receive this fellowship, you are expected to meet all requirements mentioned within this announcement and abide by all obligatory provisions stated within your signed contractual agreement. Upon successful completion of the program and receipt of all required clearances, the Department agrees to employ the fellow in a position with the Department, as determined by the Department, in accordance with applicable Department policy.
