This position is located at the Nehelani Banquet and Conference Center located on Schofield Barracks, HI. The Nehelani Conference and Banquet Center is a multipurpose facility offering outdoor gardens, patios, an open air lobby and ballroom. Our center can accommodate just about anything, from a simple morning conference with coffee and pastries to a customized wedding with butler service and a champagne toast.
Hours varies based on event bookings and operating hours of the restaurant. Availability: 0600-1200 midnight Monday- Sunday, Holidays and nights.

1. Assists management with the operation of facility in accordance with established procedures. Issues, receives and controls cash receipts and change funds; verifies cash count of funds turned in by cashiers. Determines cash shortage or overages.
2. Assures only authorized patrons utilize the facilities. Submits daily report of operations. Assists in setting up parties according to party plan. May assist bartenders in setting up bars and/or cashier's bag. Completes Daily Activity Report. Completes fire safety checks and secures the facility.
3. May monitor inventories, place and receive food and beverage orders using Food track or similar software.
