This position is located under the Assistant Regional Commissioner for Processing Center Operations. The Operations Manager functions with total responsibility for planning, directing, implementing and coordinating those processes and operations which govern all actions needed to adjudicate claims and effectuate payments and/or other changes and actions required for the proper maintenance of beneficiary accounts within an assigned service area.
