Although the position is advertised equivalent to SES/SL in pay, MCC uses a pay banded system to compensate employees. This position is pay band MC-2C which is generally equal to SES/SL pay only.

As The Senior Operations Advisor (SOA) you will report to the Practice Lead/Senior Director (PLSD) Human and Community Development. Under the guidance of the PLSS and as part of the Human and Community Development Unit (HCD), you will work with MCC country teams and selected country counterparts to develop, implement and/or refine proposals for MCC sponsored activities, focusing primarily on education but also on health and community development activities as assigned.
