Provides a wide variety of administrative assistance in connection with the management of the office of Civilian Human Resources Agency (CHRA) G9. Performs administrative and support services essential to the direction and operation of the CHRA G9, and additionally receives visitors and public telephone inquiries relative to a broad range of subjects, evaluates requests, relays customer messages, provides applicable or requested information and/or refers inquiry to proper personnel for detailed answer. Performs administrative automation tasks in support of the CHRA staff.
