Experience:
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Specialized Experience:
To qualify at the GS-07 grade level: In addition to the basic educational requirements identified above, you must also meet the one year of specialized experience for this position. to qualify you must possess one year of specialized experience at the GS-05 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal Service which includes (1) assisting in identifying and troubleshooting problems of customers' computer systems; (2) assisting in program coordination concerned with the formulation, feasibility, evaluation, and testing of complex computer systems work products; and (3) assisting in the development of operating, testing, and implementation of computer system procedures.
