This position is located at MWR Child, Youth & School Services - Middle School / Teen Program on Fort Huachuca, AZ and serves Grades 6th through 12th. This is a regular part-time position (20-39 hours) with eligibility to participate in the NAF Employee Benefits Plan.
Middle School / Teen Program Hours and Days of Operation:
During the school year :
Mondays - Thursdays: 900 to 2000
Fridays: 900 to 2200
Saturdays: 1300 to 2200
During school-out days and vacations:
Monday - Thursday: 0800 to 2000
Fridays: 0800 to 2200
Saturday: 1300 to 2200

Required to serve as a Child, Youth and School (CYS) Services Supervisory Program Specialist with responsibility for supervising a minimum of 6 ratios of Youth (ex., 90 Youth) in a Youth Center IAW all applicable regulations and standards.
Must be able to work in-ratio 50% of the time providing breaks for assigned staff, modeling appropriate behavior, and providing program oversight and accountability during all hours of program operation.
Required to act as Director in Director's absence up to 20% of the time, and may work in additional CYS facilities for the purposes of providing management oversight for evening or weekend openings.
Must be able to prepare work schedules to meet ratio and group size requirements, monitor and analyze adult/participant ratio sheets to ensure proper staffing, and ensure youth are appropriately supervised at all times.
May be required to perform health related practices as reasonable accommodation for children with disabilities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
